re: senator coonan leaves ull pricing to accc So when TLS goes broke (if it is not already!) what equipment/networks are the competitors going to use? Which one of them is going to outlay $20B to upgrade Australia's telecommunications infrustructure and then be nice enough to allow their competitors to leach off them.
The ACCC / regulators have to wake up to themselves and realise that there are advantages (as well as disadvantages) to a monopoly situation.
