I think Melburnian owes us some explanations on his theory:
"A merger of equals 1/10 at $3.70..."?
And especially how would that change the value of our portfolio ?!?!
Whether VAU's SP is at 37c or diluted to 1/10-$3.70 will not change the undervaluation of our shares and VAU's market capitalization !
To be fair, taking into account the imminent end of hedges and an intrinsic value (in a low range) of VAU at 80c-$1, a 1/10 split should put VAU at $8-10 !
