They should have to forfeit them...... they should have no upside potential...... considering their short terms with the company and the fact that they have resigned within 2 weeks of the AGM.....
I'm fully supportive of MNS have been in all my post but I have to admit these option issues have been poor. Can only hope there was something else which could see them withdrawn.
Let's hope the lesson is learnt for all future issues and more questions will be asked I am sure at future AGM's where shareholders are asked to approve such issues.
