IMO Don has raised an interesting issue above - maybe it was done to prevent other fall out?. wonder if there was any clause in their employment contract that they may have had legal advice on and maybe the options were to prevent a cash payout of their employment contract depending on its terms/conditions. if this was the case then the option exercise price may have been factored in so that they didn't obtain a windfall by selling them now and obtaining a total benefit on them.
In any event probably a moot point now as theres no turning back it would appear.
It is what it is and now just waiting on tender hooks for the outstanding offtake ANN! - that's our worry at this point in time IMO.
