Finally a reasonable comment and you are 100% correct IMO. If we do not get an offtake by the end of Dec it will get ugly. I would suggest major ugly via a car crash, you know Pro, when you have the whole family in the car (including the dog), not wearing seat belts and you hit a brickwall at 110 kph. That is now ugly it will get for MNS holders...

In saying that I do not drive into brick walls @110kph, I always wear seatbelts and MNS will have a number of offtakes signed before Santa empties his sack on Dec 25 2016.

This is MNS short term minor ugly, like when stalking the dancefloor at 3am, looking for a new lady/man friend after 500 alcoholic drinks. It is always hard under the circumstances but short term minor ugly is easily fixed.........

Now Pro are we going to have a little wager on your 38c prediction?
