yes andy you are nearly correct qmc wanted proof of holdings from memory, however its just another excuse in my oppinion not to answer the tough questions,if i was a potential investor wanting to purchase lets say just over 10% of the company and i went to the board or to the investorium with the same list of questions,would the board demand that befor the questions were to be answered i become a share holder...i think not
