Today is the day for the Board of NMDC to meet and approve stuff. That is why the article was posted 28 mins from my last posting. Explains the figure and the reason why it has come to light now. (I posted the NMDC board meeting date last week and promptly forgot)
So LCY holders, you may be a little surprised about the price, but this is a different deal from the establishment of a subsidiary.
I imagine this is the final box to be ticked and now the final heads of agreement to be signed. Hopefully the mid feb time table is semi accurate and we have a deal by the end of the month.
It should be an interesting week...
