The sp nearly touched 40 when the plan for the bailout was announced. So if it will be approved there is no doubt will see it again.
I think in the meantime we just have to wait for tonight's lead in the NYSE. As we all know, if there's no agreement
reached the lawmakers have to work in the weekend. I hope they can reached a positive decision by Monday.
