I must admit it bothers me that the shorters are still loading up. Like it or not, as NS points out, most of the shorts are professionals and not stupid. They also only target fundamentally vulnerable companies and I would have thought with the granting of the TOL and dismissal of the appeal the fundamentals were strong.
Am I missing something here???
