albeit this stock should have a future it is has fallen on hard times as many stocks. Board members hmmmm salaries and bonus packages have to be regulated as is the current economic climate and also remember share holders do hold the power so ensure that you vote with your numbers to send a message that they  must  and will be held accountable for their performance.
