Overall this may be a fair valuation, however your numbers are based on the assumption that QTK can achieve net margins (after all expenses) in the order of 20%, i'm not an expert on that industry but would think a tall order in China, have to say though, there is some upside over time if Qtk secures further contracts, the announcement suggests this will be the case.

For now i'll be taking profit in the range $0.35-0.38.

For those posters condemning this stock for its past history, don't waste your time, there is some serious money to be made here. I doubted some early posters on this one but, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
