W resources are depleting around the world so capital and off takes should be available - emphasis should be on increasing JORC. All OK
Near term rerate will be the result of drilling into Niger gold - market loves news like that.
What got my interest too was the Germany W Sn Co prospects - ann a drilling there and the Europeans are in - they are suckers for Cobalt in their own backyard. All you need is sample rocks with pretty colours in a fresh break and cry "Wunderbar ve has cobalt"
