Agree with your numbers, but note this is before tax and also the portfolio has probably grown ~1% since the start of the month.
My sense is that now the option overhang is gone, we should see a premium on this, but I suspect it will take ~2 months before we see anything (so mid Feb).
I do wonder however whether any small-medium hedge funds just put their money into a LIC like these over the Dec/Jan period if they still want market performance, but don't want to monitor their portfolios daily.
