Hi guys,
Interested if there are any technical gurus that can comment on WPL's third attempt at $39. I've had a look at the MACD and RSI and both are trending less aggressively than the previous two attempts to break past $39.
It almost appears the price is floating upwards in a gradual trend. Given $39 seems to be a point of resistance, would one expect to see a breakout before an advance through these levels?
