Great to see posts coming from people with understanding and market savvy!

Good to see the company directors have been hard at work pulling deals together for the benefit of shareholders!

Some momentum has been gathering lately, let's hope the deals and detail provide further impetus.

On the topic of this being a trading stock, it appears that some don't have any rules when trading and one crucial factor to trade any stock is liquidity.

One reasonable rule of thumb would be to ensure there is a turn over of 25x your purchase quantity traded on a daily basis.

A second would be to ensure the stock is moving up and not sideways or down!

Chk has not fit either of these two simple rules, so you would not call it a trading stock.

When volume enters it may be OK to trade.

The recent efforts from directors may soon see the liquidity and volumes enter.

If consistent with other interests there should be some interesting weeks/months to come!
