Employees are not permitted to buy two weeks prior to the annual report. Thats probably why they are not buying. Plus how do you know that they were not buying before hand! Not all managers are in the top 20.
Agreed that NC will be buying at these prices, probably under a different AC to fool weak retail hands into selling.
