If I were selling a big holding now I certainly would want to know when news the military contract was reset back to step 3 broke - and what the SP was at that time, and why the market wasn't informed.
There is little depth in buyers but I think current holders will find some cash at 33 to 35 cents and that may hold until fresh new sales are announced. Will be a rough ride if they don't.
But the cavalry might be coming in the form of new sales at any time so... Let's hope it's not F Troop.
