EMERALD shopping centre owners Centro Properties Group have moved to block rival Lascorp's plans for a $35 million retail complex in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court.
Centro has named Lascorp and the Central Highlands Regional Council as co-respondents in a notice of appeal document lodged last month.
It is asking the court to overturn council's August 4 decision to grant Lascorp's development application for a material change to establish the retail and commercial complex at the corner of the Capricorn Highway and Codenwarra Road.
