The amount FAS get from their 3b capital raisings appears to be in rapid decline, at least six months ago they could get 4 cents where as now can only manage a measly 2.66 cents.

Either those funding the 3b's are seeing an ever increasing risk in FAS or they have so much power now that they can name their own price.

Either way small shareholders are getting screwed. I think it would be better for everyone if those funding the 3b offer a full takeover offer for the company; problem is though I don’t think they want this because evidence shows they are too busy selling the shares they buy from the 3b placements.
