    Native Title Agreement - check
    Mining Leases granted - check
    Conditional Finance Agreement for $300 million announced - check
    Off-take agreement - pending
    Unconditional Finance Agreement for $300 million - pending

    If the 3b's are indeed being sold off they are being quickly accumulated at around a 30% premium.

    If/when the off-take agreement eventuates, hopefully soon, and finance approval is given those buying now will reap vast rewards imo. Now we wait.
