yep, your analysis pretty much aligns with mine but your approach is different and also decisive. Yer...it IS a speccy, but some carry on like it is BHP 'acting up'. never mind.
further a lot of money is sitting on the sidelines right now, as investors steer clear of risk. this = opportunity for the likes of us. it's hang onto your hat material.

PS China is relocating 300million people into urban centres from the countryside, by 2025. That's relocating the entire US population into new housing with new rail lines to open up the entire centre and west of the nation. To my way of thinking this is a LT trend but I could be wrong.
