Exercise of performance rights.

Reading page 5 of the Notice of AGM, paragraph 3 under the table states that for the performance rights at the upcoming AGM, the performance rights are exercisable at the prices stated, 75 cents and $1.00.

It also states that the funds raised from the the exercise of the Performance Rights will be applied to the company's working capital.

This means that future performance rights are to be exercised and funds will be raised from these.

As for the ones just exercised, he got these for nothing as per the Notice of general Meeting and Extraordinary Memorandum in June 2007.
