Take it from someone with a slightly dicky ticker...don't get your heart racing just yet.
I'd imagine the listing announcement would be released to the ASX first thing in the morning, prior to 10am market open. That's based on the assumption that the SEC will advise PRR during their business hours (our night).
That said I still reckon we're a week or two off, for the reasons I've stated previously in relation to the SEC's history of deliberations.
