So they are telling us they issued 450,000 unlisted oppies expiring 1st Oct 2010. They should be saying these have been exercised (annual report says issued 1st Oct 2005). Haven't changed the number of ordinaries on issue.
Also whats with the 60c exercise price on the 4m oppies, the annual report had these down at $1.
It's a pretty simple capital structure guys - get it right.
