i was wondering, have the 520 odd million shares been issued to the note holders yet because the 3B's have been announced and if so isn't it a bit late for them to ask for share holder approval or is this just book keeping.
and if they haven't been issued who i wonder has been selling the 5mill chucks over the last week?????????
