    hi hoijumin,

    if you read the last two paragraghs on page 9 of the general meeting notice it says they haven't breach rule 7.1(only by a short and curly) but they will get approval for rule 7.4 which i gather means they intend to issue more script...

    have a look cause i'm no expert

    doesn't look good
