The Duetche Bank are obviously not buying but broking a deal or/and providing camouflage for the primary individual/s or entity which is the recpient of the under the table placements. 5m at 11c? What is the point of $550K?
Obviously, it's a pay off IMO and I just hope that the hidden party is not in bed with the Board or is Fortitude related.
