I see the current business plan as an action replay of the CVI business plan of 10 years ago, under Mark Smyth.
Applications for oil grants, advisory boards, financing deals, placements ...
Replace Angola, Cameroon with Iryan Jaya, Indonesia and you couldn't tell the difference. (in fact, back then they actually got the grants)
What happened ? After a couple of years of ducking and weaving they went into some dot.com venture and busted soon after.
