If we can move on from the self interests and actually discuss what this thread was created for i.e. to discuss Microvast & Tuscans joint merger and public offering. I am of the belief they planned to be producing ~9GWh in 2022, however this merger and increase in capital could make any expansion plans larger than the previously proposed 9GWh.
