i'd be interested in your opinion as to the comparison of this coy with our alaskan friends who announced a buy in and rig drill deal today.

there are a number of small caps who have had a compelling story for while but their SP was rubbish due to macro factors. Clearly they have a resource, are moving into production and have a large growth potential

what were the big oil boys doing? they understand technical reports. Why would they suddenly move to acquire just because of a bit of PR after a period of fingers in ears going la la la la when we all found them.

did the gulf spill, shale stampede, low gas price etc take their eye off these baby's or are they just too small to worry about until you bolt them on later when it makes sense. As long as they stay under a purchase price comfort level do they just wait and see what happens. if so has MAD's recent releases started to shift the price to that buy level?
