I have no problems with what your saying, especially with Gernot. I remain positive Chris will use his talents to get us on a steadier track. Should Gernot be at the helms, probably not. But his pay is still delayed gratification in shares that will be useless unless company performs end of the day. So unsure if its going to have much impact. Personally id like to see Kate step-up (atleast thats what id be requesting).
