I’ve used the platform and have spoken to others who have and at the time we agreed a lot of the features and automation were better than competitors (at the time). Especially mobile.
But they skipped the bottom and middle synergistic businesses and banked exclusively on random Fortune 500 companies.
The tech did have a good rep at one stage but the business itself is a different story.
