Need to let the LV1 crew know about one of their current non exec chairman's previous interests and current state of affairs as an MD with one of their other "projects". Director research is the one thing I've learned from this entity and one other holding I have that's also been decimated. Good already functioning businesses or startups with great promise and ideas are often usually only destroyed by the wrong people and their decisions (or greed and lack of caring).
