funds getting chewed up, directors paid in shares means your holdings getting chewed up..so possibly when they run out funds and they've diluted you up the ying yang...there will be a deal...pity your holding will be a 1/5 of what it was...you gotta hand it to 'em ...strategy well played...this isn't a corporate raid...it's just a raid!
