I understand your point in regards to the spec, my point about t/o was not for IMI to be taken over, but an actual acq/to of another company which could benefit IMI. As for Mayne health, last I heard Mayne Health was now Symbion Health. Correct me if im wrong. Im not sure if someone was thinking Carlton FC and sponsorship with Mayne a few years ago - Richard Pratt president.
