Real, ignoring all around us, a sincere response:
Did you notice how many large, ASX200 companies went urgently to the market at that time? A recurring comment was that they wanted to bolster their available funds urgently, because they could not predict the future.
Governance goes both ways, but I'm not inferring motive, in either direction.
Just that they were particularly strange, unpredictable times.
And why $3.1m? No idea, but at least we were spared a further rendition of the convertible notes saga.
