if you declare your a lawyer and you don’t get, “where this is going” , perhaps even if I join the dots, you may fail to grasp how many times our management make poor decisions that impact shareholder value, which is their job.
it’s about calling them to account so that all shareholders can hopefully get them to behave more responsibly or worst case scenario, show them the door! Based on their historical performance I simply do not have faith in what they do and struggle to believe what they tell us.
do the research and it will become quite obvious.
