Whilst I agree with some of what you say I disagree with others.

"The real competition is stick builds" correct but with the cost of building coming down on autonomously laid blocks vs increasing with manual constructed lumber construction, this equation could easily reverse. Especially when you consider other cost/benefits of blocks over lumber construction. For instance, blocks reduce ongoing heating/cooling costs energy costs, single day builds saves interest and rent costs with fastern built structures. Lumber construction can lead to costs from shoddy inaccurate workmanship. There is also value in block structures with stronger built structures with greater weather resilience, less risk from termites and other pests, etc. Costs of construction using wood vs blocks doesn't happen in a vacume. There are downstream and often unseen costs to consider.

"concrete block construction is slower" not with the FBR laying the blocks.

"I think the key is a WAAS alliance with DR Horton who build large scale affordable housing communities" I disagree. If anything affordable housing communities may skew toward timber builds. Block constructed builds are far superior. I can see more high end houses being the better niche for the HX due to the other ancillary benefits of block construction. In any case, whichever market you look at there is space and demand for this type of tech. Pretty much every industry has been roboticized. Why wouldn't the construction industry have their industrialization moment.

"With extra large 45Kg block...should be able to compete with timber" couldn't agree more.
