As a thought experiment.
Imagine an investor buys into Icon at a $2 bil market valuation.
Then that same investor suddenly sees a video of the HX building houses in WA, trading for a market value of $100 mil.
Then they read a little more about it and realise FBR are have already had exposure to all these credible parties like, Brickworks, Old Castle, Inspired Homes, Saudis, etc.
I would love to be able to see that WTF moment actually going on in their head.
The world is a strange place for sure.
