Unfortunately in when looking for mining software you don't always get what you pay for... (and you'll pay a lot!)
Over the years I've worked with Surpac, MineSight and Datamine.
Without starting a war on here, of the three I find MineSight is the most flexible and user friendly, and comes with a SQL drill hole database (MSTorque).
Alternatively I know someone who could put the info together for you.
