These are fun for consumer use but you'll notice in the videos they don't zoom in much and there's a reason for this. At the deepest level there's heavy artifacting from whatever algorithms they use to composite the "3D" imagery.
The result is useful for most consumers -- get a sense of what landmarks you might look out for -- but it lacks the precision of a still for business applications.
