I believe what you found is the Jr. Graphite Mining companies are desperate for publicity thus they believe by setting up a Graphene company it will help them gain publicity and increase their share price. In the end they are just wasting shareholder capital. it is sad the amount of shareholder capital that is being wasted by most Jr graphite Mining companies. I believe this is one major reason why major graphite companies such as GrafTech, Asbury Graphite, SGL Carbon, and others are sitting back and waiting for the right time to invest in Graphene and Graphite Mining companies. Most graphite companies are over valued today so the companies with the money are just waiting for the market prices to decrease to reasonable values.
