no @Graphite, what @Hoji found was a rebirth/back door listing of a Stand Alone Graphene Company.
It shares the same Office Space with KNL. It is proposed that KNL graphITE is preferred for IF they go into Graphene Market
BUT graphite, me cobber Lumberjack, KNL has NOT invested/ wasted Ca$h/Shareholder Funds into 3D.
Think it sees 3D as a say 2020 potential take or pay flaming Offtaker for say 10kts of KNL's Superior TanzGraphite ,Uber Alles preferred Natural Flake Graphite. Just this very day with an Issued BFS.
so graphite/skier KNL seems to fit your Big Boys Asbury's etc Criteria of Offtakes covering Production Forecast 2016.
Offtakes with genuine business 'ethics'. FYI skier the rumour amongst the KNLers is SGL is involved along with TKrupp.
So skier
you're a lumberjack but that's Okay
but ya graphite sector is going into a TiSEee when the Aussies do the ASXing on Flake Graphite.
[ASXing/Axeing/ Lumberjacks 'quiping'. not very successful, hey? but peeved at your skier open line being inferred on KNL]
cheers
