25k is nuffin mate!! Escpecially when I'm dropping cash on consumer items like Ferrari's, Tesla's and Trips in the country side to mummy and daddies farm.
A small price to pay to have a solid built home.
You must be that cheap ass builder that recommends timber and clad everything because it costs less? Or use to cost less?
