As far as I'm aware, Cosmo is still caught-up in an ongoing legal dispute. Things might get resolved this year, next year, the year after or maybe never.
The latest recorded legal move that I could find on the WA Tenement Cache (website) was an 'Application for Forfeiture' lodged on 04/02/22 with the applicant being a person named Matthew Launder & the respondents being Michael Joseph Foley & Cosmo Gold Limited.
