Funding and dilution don't bother at all. Most junior miners borrow and raise capital to move forward with their projects. I have read the prospectus and they seem to be on schedule. It's the fast-rising gold price that has me all excited and the fact I didn't read the prospectus until after I made my question above.

Anyway, I'm glad in a way I can pick up a lot more shares, in the millions. Have done the same with KCN, however, that has cost me hundreds of thousands to date. Those I picked up for .46c and now my average is .97c.

My reason for mentioning this is I have a great chance to get in on the ground floor with DDD. 10 million shares at .10c is 1million. Who would stop at .10c when average producing mining companies trade around the .40 to .60c. see BRV

As for the question of underground mine vs open-cut mine. Isn't an underground mine way more expensive to set up?
