    MCO, one of those stocks that many investors will look back upon in a few years time and wonder why the hell they didn't buy when they were @ .40c.

    It's not real hard is it?....Directors buying like there is no tomorrow.

    This is one of those rare "no brainers'!

    Sooner or later the market will wake up ;)
