A1's main problem has been a lower average head grade on the ROM pad compared with with grade that was reported on an indicated and measured basis in resources and reserves (around half the grade going in the plant to what they expected).
THe plant only had minor issues at start up IMHO.
Its a lot easier to repair a few plant problems in MCO's case than somehow miraculously increase head grade as in A1s case,

(I am assuming MCO's head grade reconciles with their resources/reserves in grade.)
Almost a downramp on here comparing A1 to MCO IMHO.
