ConocoPhillips, our operator and 80% owner for ~$65m investment, has secured the Geo Coral research/survey vessel to complete a +4000sqkm 3D survey for our T/49P shallow depth gas prospects near King Island.
This is a substantial event for 3D Oil and ConocoPhillips to give further confidence to the Best Estimate gas resource of 10 TCF over the next few months with a decision to drill by as early as HI 2022!
Geo Coral, our research vessel, will complete the 3D survey between 15/08 and October. Plenty of detailed information on this site and I was surprised/impressed by how thorough the application is!!
