    TAP has wisely announced a 3D program for the Accra block and identified stronger leads . Mid 2011 is looking sweet across the Margin . RIA will have many high quality LARGE targets .

    Preopen on Wed. showed an indicative 75c at one stage before bids disappeared , is this a sign that traders are about ?
    I was quite happy to see a close above the previous day's average .
